Bernadette Almanzar - Broker/Owner

Bernadette Almanzar founded Pueblo Del Sol Real Estate in 1995 with just over a year of experience as a real estate agent. 

Prior to that she worked as a business manager in the Land Surveying industry; this provided her with invaluable experience not only in terms of management but with respect to real estate property data and survey interpretation.  

After creating, and then maintaining Pueblo Del Sol for over ten years as the qualifying broker and sole agent in employ, Bernadette has seen her company become one of the most respected real estate agencies in the Las Vegas New Mexico area. 

As the business expands, taking on more agents, Almanzar explains: “My aim,” she says, “has always been to uphold a rigorous standard of professionalism.”
