Bernadette Almanzar is the Qualifying Broker and owner of Pueblo del Sol Real Estate, which she founded in 1995. She has been successful in the real estate profession for over 25 years, seeing her company become one of the most respected real estate agencies servicing Las Vegas and Northern New Mexico.

Bernadette was born and raised in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Her local heritage and Spanish language proficiency are both valuable assets in her work.

Prior to work in Real Estate, her experience includes management of Winston and Associates Land Surveying Co. for 8 years, which provided her with invaluable management experience. In this position she gained a wealth of knowledge with respect to real estate property data and survey interpretation. Bernadette also holds a master's degree in social work, which has proven invaluable in working with individuals and addressing their specific needs as they buy and sell real estate.

She has served on the Board of Habitat for Humanity as president and is active in the Las Vegas community serving on the board of First Born of Northern New Mexico.

As business continues, Bernadette maintains, her aim is and has always been to uphold a high standard of professionalism.

In her spare time, Bernadette enjoys running, biking, hiking and, of course, dancing. She also enjoys time with her three young grandchildren and her golden doodle, Maggy.
